satisfaction is our main priority. Our products are advertised
the way they are and we are happy to assist you in your buying
decision. If you are the winning bidder on an auction, please
submit payment within three days; we will notify you of
payment if not received within 3 days. Please, serious bidders

Shipping
Costs
Auction
winners will be contacted by Cibernetix within 3 days of
auction end to arrange for payment and shipping. If payment is
already made through PayPal, a receipt will be sent out to the
winning bidder's e-mail address. All products are shipped out
within 3 business days of receipt, fully insured and a
tracking number will be provided for customer reference.
Shipping and handling is variable, to cover for packaging
costs and carrier fees, and is generally between $10 and $20 for most items.
Special conditions may exist on shipping prices and
conditions. Please check the auction shipping details for more
information.
Return
Guidelines
All
items sold by Cibernetix carry a return policy. All products are tested before
shipping (unless otherwise specified) and carefully packed to ensure minimum
shipping stress. If, however, the item should be defective when received, we
will gladly take it back for full refund (less shipping & handling), provided
that the claim has been made within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the item and an
RMA request submitted and honored. Please note that
shipping damage is not covered by us, since the insurance is with the carrier.
If the item shows shipping damages, please direct the claim to the carrier used;
we will be glad to assist you in providing any additional information. Buyer is
responsible for all shipping costs associated with the item. If the item is NOT
defective, it can still be returned within the same 14-day warranty period, but
a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to the total cost of the item (auction end
price, not including shipping and packing charges). All returned merchandise
MUST be shipped back in the original packaging it was shipped out in. Individual
product serial numbers and other identification information is recorded prior to
shipment and carefully checked upon return. Credit will be issued within 3 days
after the product was received and inspected by us. If it shows evidence of
physical damage it will be returned to the customer and no credit issued!
Installation
Support
Support
for installation of components is very limited to e-mail support only. All
questions or concerns will be addressed and all e-mails answered. Installation
services are provided, but only in the Denver metro area at our current service
rates. Check out this page for more information.
Feedback
Positive
feedback will be left within 14 days after the auction close, to cover for
payment, RMA issues and shipping delays. If buyer posts positive feedback
earlier than 14 days indicating satisfaction with the sale then Cibernetix will
also post feedback within 24 hours. Negative feedback is not our preferred
method of doing business and if there are any issues regarding the transaction
they will be addressed promptly and professionally. Non-paying bidders will be
notified of status and negative feedback will be left 14 days after auction
close unless otherwise arranged.

Tracking Your Order
Shipment
Please
refer to the order confirmation e-mail sent to you for tracking
information. In some cases we are unable to get tracking numbers, so
finding out the location of the shipment may not always be available. We
use UPS, USPS or FedEx for our shipping options and we choose the
service most appropriate and effective. If you still have not been able
to find out the status of your order, you may
send us a message and we'll research our information and return your
e-mail promptly.
