So far, we have planned features such as a more comprehensive pricing model, the ability to look up the status of your service with us, get directions to our location, a Q&A section where we will answer questions submitted to us, and even a review section where our customers can rate the level of service they received and how satisfied (or, hopefully not, unsatisfied).

A new exciting feature we'll be adding is also the availability to request remote help right from our website, where we'll be able to troubleshoot and/or repair a lot of problems without the need of a service call, meaning it would be a lot cheaper. We are also thinking about including a 7-day post-service remote support period, free with any repair, to further increase the value of our service. Let us know what you think!
