Our experienced technicians know all that's needed to get your computer back in shape. They will get to know you on a personal level and will repair your computer as if it was their own.
A large majority of computer problems can and will be repaired on-site. Few are the cases when we have to pick up your product, repair it at our facility, and then drop it back off at your location. That's right, even if we can't get it repaired on-site, we would take care of all the transporting, and best of all, our turn times for labor are in the 24-hour range! So you wouldn't ever be without your computer, or printer for longer than a day. Of course, sometimes we have to order some specific parts on your product, but we'll keep you informed all through the process so you know exactly what's going on with it. You will also be able to look at your service order online and get real-time information on the status of your product.

Availability

Our repairs, as they are in-home repairs, will have to be done on an appointment basis. Once a time is set, we will show up at your door at the established time and start working on your computer. After we're done, we test it out, we show you that it works and give you some tips and advice on how to make it run better and more reliable. It's all a simple process and all you have to do is sit back and watch us do all the work.

If you have an emergency, technicians are available 24/7 for it and response times are typically a few hours.

For our business customers we can also set up a contract for IT outsourcing and volume repairs discounts.
