Overview

Memory is the single, cheapest and most effective upgrade you can get on a computer to boost its speed. The more memory (RAM) your computer has, the more programs it can run at the same time, it will switch faster between open windows and overall will just be more pleasant.

RAM is measured in Megabytes (MB). Typical new computers nowadays come with 256 MB or even 512 MB of RAM. To find out how much your computer has, right click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop and choose "Properties". If you have anything less than 100 MB, you are missing out. Memory upgrade alone, while important and helpful to your computer, will not dramatically increase your average computer speed. Have us optimize the computer and then you'll see the difference!

Availability

Available by appointment. Call in advance to schedule the appointment. We will come to your location to determine the parts needed and order them for you, or if we have it in stock we will install it at the time of the service call. When the parts arrive we will deliver them to you and install them at no additional cost.

Pricing

Minimum labor charge is $24.95 to send out a technician to your location if no work is performed and no parts are ordered. If work is performed, or parts ordered then the price of the parts and services will determine the total charge.

Basic installation is $29.95.
