Overview

A modem is what a computer needs to use so it can connect to the internet. If you are reading this page, the modem on this computer is probably functioning properly (unless you are at work, in which case most of the time your network card will connect you to the business network and the internet). But if you have another computer that you want to connect to the internet, let us know and we'll look into it. We'll get it up and running in no time.

We do all kinds of internet connections: dial-up, cable, DSL, satellite; whatever your needs, we're here to set it up. Wire-free internet access that you can take across town is also available, as we are an authorized Ricochet® agent and we will set it up at your location at no extra charge. Availability

Available by appointment. Call in advance to schedule the appointment. We will come to your location to determine the parts needed and order them for you, or if we have it in stock we will install it at the time of the service call. When the parts arrive we will deliver them to you and install them at no additional cost.

Pricing

Minimum labor charge is $24.95 to send out a technician to your location if no work is performed and no parts are ordered. If work is performed, or parts ordered then the price of the parts and services will determine the total charge.

Basic installation is $39.95.
