If your computer is crashing constantly, or a particular software issue always comes up, there may be a problem with your operating system. The operating system is the underlying program that makes the software connections between the applications and the hardware. Microsoft® Windows®, Linux, or Mac OS® are examples of operating systems. If you need to reload the operating system the task is tedious and very risky if something goes wrong. Also, there may be a need for a lot of drivers and special software that will make the computer functional. It is generally recommended that operating system issues are handled by experienced technicians, since incorrect installation can result in rendering the computer useless.

Availability

Available by appointment. Call in advance to schedule the appointment. We will come to your location to determine the parts needed and order them for you, or if we have it in stock we will install it at the time of the service call. When the parts arrive we will deliver them to you and install them at no additional cost. Emergency service is also available, in the case of a malfunctioning software title.

Pricing

Minimum labor charge is $24.95 to send out a technician to your location if no work is performed and no parts are ordered. If work is performed, or parts ordered then the price of the parts and services will determine the total charge.

Basic service is $19.95 (single title), or $29.95 (bundle titles/suites). $149.95 for operating systems, with driver installs.
